Toitū He Kāinga Wairoa Housing Hub will be administered by Enabled and guided by the governance of the Wairoa Housing Coalition, the Hub will align its activity to the coalitions moemoeā and whāinga delivering centralised support for housing. The initial scope is to support whānau in navigating housing spaces from emergency housing to homeownership, and essential repairs. Advocating locally and nationally for the housing needs of Te Rohe o Te Wairoa now and into the future.
We want to get our mahi started and are looking for two Kaiārahi who want to tautoko whānau.
Kaiārahi Kāinga 32hrs per week
Our Kaiārahi Kāinga with their builder’s eye will work with homeowners to assess homes for essential repairs, work with whānau to implement plans for remedy, and provide education around home maintenance for whānau to have warmer, drier and healthier homes. If you have qualifications and experience in the building industry and want to help whānau why not join our team.
Kaiārahi Whānau 40hrs per week
Our Kaiārahi Whānau will use their forward thinking to help whānau navigate the housing continuum providing education and connectivity for all things housing. If you are interested in housing, a confident communicator and want to help whānau this mahi will suit you.
