Toītu He Kāinga is a Te Wairoa collective with a common moemoeā – He taurikura kāinga, he ora whānau.  Working across the housing continuum to address the Te Wairoa housing crisis by increasing access to appropriate and affordable housing. 

Together we strategically guide the implementation of the Te Wairoa Housing strategy, monitoring progress to identify gaps and relevant actions that may emerge or arise over time.  Support the development of social and affordable housing opportunities across the rohe.  Collectively advocate central government agencies to contribute towards the delivery of affordable housing across the rohe.  Support whānau in navigating the housing continuum now and into the future.
